Some things I have liked better about LastPass are 1) that it seems to auto-fill many sites automatically than does 1Password, and 2) I like not having to run a native app to get to the full list of passwords - opening a browser window is just faster than waiting for a full app to load. I've been very happy with it, though the pricing model ends up with it being more expensive.
